What information should I prepare before contacting YMS?

For fastest response, please include: target product type, estimated annual quantity, desired certifications (FDA, LFGB, CE, etc.), target unit price range, and any reference images or drawings. Even rough sketches or competitor samples help us respond accurately.

Do you accept small orders or only bulk manufacturing?

YMS focuses on B2B wholesale and OEM/ODM manufacturing. We do not serve retail customers. Our typical MOQ starts from 1,000-5,000 pcs depending on product complexity. For sample orders or pilot runs, please contact us to discuss feasibility.

Can I sign an NDA before sharing design files?

Absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before receiving proprietary designs. Simply check the NDA box in the inquiry form, and our team will send a standard NDA template for your review within 24 hours.

Which languages does your sales team support?

Our export sales team communicates fluently in English and Chinese. We work daily with clients across North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, and we adapt our schedule to fit your time zone whenever possible.

Can I visit your Dongguan factory in person?

Yes! We warmly welcome factory audits and in-person meetings. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance so we can arrange a proper tour, technical staff availability, and pickup from Shenzhen/Guangzhou if needed.
