Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and HuaLin ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our B2B manufacturing services.

By requesting a quote, submitting a purchase order, or engaging our OEM/ODM services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. We operate exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer and do not engage in direct-to-consumer retail sales.

HuaLin specializes in the production of high-quality silicone products, with a primary focus on swimming equipment (including but not limited to swim caps, earplugs, nose clips, and goggle accessories). Our services include:

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Manufacturing products based on your exact specifications and designs.
• ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): Providing complete product development from conceptual design to mass production.
• Post-Processing: Silk-screen printing, UV modification, adhesive backing, and custom packaging.

Quotations: All quotes provided by HuaLin are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the specifications, materials, and quantities requested at the time of inquiry.

Tolerances: Utilizing our automated silicone injection molding processes, we maintain standard manufacturing dimensional tolerances within ±0.1mm. If tighter tolerances are required, they must be explicitly stated and agreed upon in the technical drawings prior to mold creation.

Prototyping & Approval: Before mass production commences, a physical prototype or pre-production sample will be provided. Mass production will strictly follow the approved sample. Any deviations requested after sample approval may incur additional costs and lead time.

Mold Ownership: Custom molds developed specifically for a Client's project become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment of the mold development fees.

Mold Maintenance: HuaLin agrees to store and maintain the Client's molds at our facility free of charge for the duration of our active manufacturing relationship. Molds inactive for a period exceeding 24 months may be subject to storage fees or return at the Client's expense.

Intellectual Property: The Client warrants that any designs, drawings, or specifications provided do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. HuaLin retains all rights to its proprietary manufacturing techniques, internal processes, and pre-existing standard product designs.

We are committed to delivering premium quality products. Our facility operates under ISO 9001 quality control standards.

• Materials: We utilize 100% food-grade, environmentally friendly silicone. All raw materials pass RoHS and REACH standards.
• Testing: Products undergo rigorous testing including tensile strength, aging resistance, and tear resistance to ensure durability in aquatic environments.
• Certifications: Products can be manufactured to comply with CE, FDA, LFGB, and UL standards upon request. Certification testing by third-party laboratories is the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise negotiated.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Standard Terms: For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required upon order placement, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment (T/T). Tooling and mold fees must be paid 100% upfront before engineering commences.

Shipping: Standard Incoterms are EXW (Ex Works) or FOB Shenzhen, depending on the contract. The Client is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and freight forwarder fees unless a DDP agreement is established.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuaLin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products manufactured.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to HuaLin for the specific batch of products giving rise to the claim.
