Quotations issued by YMS are estimates based on the information available at the time of request. Prices, MOQs, lead times, and specifications are subject to change until confirmed in a signed proforma invoice or written agreement.

Providing samples -- whether standard, modified, or fully customized -- does not constitute an offer to enter into a supply contract. Sample delivery is a technical validation step and does not obligate either party to proceed with mass production.

A binding order is created only when: (a) a formal purchase order or contract is signed by both parties, and (b) the applicable deposit or payment terms have been fulfilled in accordance with the agreement.
