Sample Standards & Signing Basis

Every sample is evaluated against a documented reference standard. We align with client specifications, international certifications, and our own SOP benchmarks before any sign-off is granted.

  • Technical Drawings & 3D Files

Dimensions, tolerances, materials and surface treatments documented.

  • Certification Benchmarks

FDA, LFGB, RoHS, REACH, CE compliance criteria.

  • Color, Hardness & Finish Guides

Pantone references, Shore A values, and surface texture samples.

Stage 03

Factory Internal Inspection

Before any sample leaves our facility, our QC team runs a complete multi-point inspection following ISO 9001 standards.

Visual Inspection

Surface finish, flash, bubbles and color consistency checked.

Dimension Check

Caliper and CMM verification against drawings (±0.1mm).

Function Test

Tensile strength, elasticity, aging and tear-resistance testing.

Safety Check

Odor, non-toxicity and food-grade material compliance.

Client sample review
Stage 04

Client Sample Review

Approved samples are shipped internationally with full inspection reports. Clients evaluate the physical product against their market expectations and brand standards.

1

Sample Dispatch

DHL/FedEx express shipping with QC report & spec sheet.

2

Client Evaluation

Hands-on review period for appearance, function & market fit.

3

Feedback Submission

Structured feedback form captures approvals and concerns.

Stage 05

Issue Logging & Modification Feedback

Transparent documentation of every discrepancy, modification request, and engineering response -- nothing is lost in translation.

01

Issue Record Sheet

All client comments are categorized by severity: critical, major, minor -- then logged with photo evidence.

02

Engineering Response

R&D team provides root-cause analysis and proposed correction plan within 48 hours.

03

Confirmation Loop

Client confirms modification scope before any mold or process change is executed.

Stage 06

Re-sampling & Re-verification

After modifications are implemented, a new sample batch is produced and the full inspection cycle repeats -- ensuring every change is validated against the original approval criteria.

A

Mold Adjustment

Precision tooling updates based on confirmed feedback.

B

Second Sample Run

New samples produced using updated process parameters.

C

Comparative Re-check

New vs. old samples compared with photographic documentation.

Stage 07

Color, Dimension & Function Confirmation

Final technical sign-off covers three critical dimensions of product quality.

Color Matching

Pantone-referenced color standards with light-box verification under D65 lighting.

Dimension Lock

All critical dimensions verified against drawings within ±0.1mm tolerance using CMM equipment.

±0.1mm Precision

Function Test

Elasticity, sealing, adhesion, waterproofing, and real-use scenario testing conducted.

Stage 08

Packaging Sample Confirmation

Packaging is treated as a product in itself. We confirm every detail -- from inner polybag thickness and printing accuracy to carton structure and shipping-mark compliance.

Inner Packaging

PP bags, header cards, blister trays

Retail Box

Printing color, logo placement, finish

Master Carton

Structural strength, shipping marks

Barcode & Labels

GS1/UPC verification, scan testing

Packaging confirmation
Stage 09

Signed Sample Documentation

The golden sample is sealed, documented, and archived. Version control ensures every production batch can be traced back to the approved standard.

Golden Sample

Dual-signed physical sample sealed for both parties.

Approval Form

Signed confirmation with full specification sheet.

Version Archive

Digital record system with full revision history.

QC Reference

Used as baseline during mass production inspection.

Stage 10 -- Final

Pilot Run & Mass Production

With the signed sample as the quality anchor, we initiate a pilot production run, validate every parameter, then scale into full mass production -- delivering consistency, speed, and reliability at scale.
